Yes, once again funding for anything other than freeway expansion is at risk. You've heard it before, it's that stupid federal transportation bill again. Now the concern is over states opting out of receiving/using that funding. So send some electrons Governor Brown's (or any other governor's) way by Sept 1st!!!
